We're Hiring

EXPERIENCED/TRAINEE BRA FITTER & RETAIL STORE ASSISTANT
CONTRACT TYPE: PART-TIME
HOURS: 2-3 DAYS PER WEEK (INCLUDING SATURDAYS), 10AM - 5PM
SALARY: £10.44 - £12.50 - DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

We are an independent bra-fitting, underwear & swimwear specialist retailer that has been running for over 50 years.

We say we 'fit' rather than 'measure', because how a bra, bikini or swimsuit fits depends on the brand and style, not just the size. We offer a FREE bra fitting service and stock an extensive range of bras, underwear, swimwear and hosiery all year round. We are always looking to provide a unique & personal experience, to set us apart from other high street stores.

Role & responsibilities

Your primary role would be to work within a small retail team, specialising in fitting customers with the perfect fitting bra.

  • Greet & welcome customers that have booked or walk-in to the shop

  • Manage phone & online bookings

  • Have/develop good product knowledge of our brands

  • Explain the bra fitting process/experience

  • Listen & understand customer needs

  • Provide expert advice & assist the fitting of bras in the fitting room

  • Take deliveries, price, maintain & manage stock

  • Take payments

  • Maintain & merchandising the shop

The ideal candidate:

  • You would need to be female & have a confident & collected manner.

  • Have a retail background, ideally having worked in a customer-facing sales role & have carried out the above duties (though not essential, if you are happy to learn you, we can train you).

  • You would need to be good with people and not be embarrassed about handling the female form as the role of a bra fitter would involve being ‘hands-on’ with our customers.

  • Most importantly you would need to have a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.

  • Be available to work on Saturdays

Preferred transferable skills:

  • A ‘can do’ attitude

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills

  • Well organised

  • Ability to adapt & learn

  • Able to work within a team, & on your own

  • Able to use your initiative

  • Computer/tech competent

Start date:

  • Mid-May with a 3-month probationary period
